    Hina is a patient centered practitioner who provides patients with a detailed initial assessment to determine the root cause of their problem, followed by a tailored hands-on therapy with primary focus on treatment, education, and a custom exercise program.

    Hina has an extensive experience working with postural, sports, work place injuries, post-surgical, motor vehicle accidents ,vestibular therapy and concussion management.

    Hina specializes in pelvic health physiotherapy and takes keen interest in empowering and educating women in their pelvic health issues.

    She utilizes a combination of hands on treatment, pain management modalities, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and self-management educational training to help her clients achieve their goals.

    Massage Therapist

    A graduate from Kikkawa College, Joseph has mastered Swedish and Myofascial techniques. Joseph has also studied Contemporary Acupuncture at McMaster University, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Massage and Active Release. Over the years, Joseph has worked with clients of all ages and varying abilities, including seniors, expectant mothers and business professionals. Whether for general relaxation or to address a specific issue, his goal is to work with and educate his clients, designing each session to meet their needs most effectively and provide a comfortable experience.

    YASER ALRASHWANI
    Osteopath

    Yaser is a manual Osteopath Practitioner with a Bachelor degree of occupational therapy , He is registered with The Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA) and Ontario osteopathic and alternative medicine Association (OOAMA), Yaser who is graduated from National Academy of Osteopathy has a wide knowledge of various osteopathic techniques, including mobilization techniques, muscles energy techniques, neuromuscular techniques and craniosacral techniques, Yaser has an excellent techniques of dry cupping and wet cupping (Hijama), Yaser’s goal is to increase range of motion and restore the function of the joints, muscles, nerves and to restore the correct posture of the body, He specializes in treating:

    -Back Pain/Neck Pain
    -Shoulder pain
    -Knee pain
    -Hip pain
    -ankle Pain
    -Headaches/Migraines

    His treatment plans are based on assessment and individual needs of a patient, Yaser provide his clients with feedback about the improvement of their body and teaching them different methods of exercise.
