Hina is a patient centered practitioner who provides patients with a detailed initial assessment to determine the root cause of their problem, followed by a tailored hands-on therapy with primary focus on treatment, education, and a custom exercise program.
Hina has an extensive experience working with postural, sports, work place injuries, post-surgical, motor vehicle accidents ,vestibular therapy and concussion management.
Hina specializes in pelvic health physiotherapy and takes keen interest in empowering and educating women in their pelvic health issues.

I have been registered with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) since 1999. I was trained at Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto completing 2 years program. This 2200-hour program gave me knowledge of anatomy, pathology, neurology and the hand – on techniques.
With my training and years of experience I have worked with number of people and conditions. Many of my patients have been involved in Motor Vehicle Accident. I have experience in a rehabilitation facility for people with MS, cancer, fibromyalgia, TMJ as well as stroke.
I have been involved with some Workers Wellness Program through chair massage for employees, which proved to increase energy and productivity among the workers.
I specialize in deep tissue treatments without the discomfort. I am also comfortable offering relaxation treatments. I believe that quality treatment involves full attentions and commitment from both the therapist and patient. My goal is to meet each patient’s specific needs through one – on – one interaction during treatment session.
My approach to Massage Therapy and sport injury treatments is to promote health and wellness through preventative care. I look forward to helping restore people’s health and well being.

DOROTHY KAZULA

Dorothy Kazula B.Sc., Doctor of Acupuncture. After receiving her B.Sc from the University of Toronto, Dorothy completed a 4-year Chinese Medicine program at The Michener Institute in Toronto, Ontario. Compelled to be immersed in the origins of Chinese medicine Dorothy pursued post-graduate studies at the Xi’an T.C.M. Hospital in Xian, China.
Dorothy treats many different conditions ranging from musculoskeletal disorders to women’s reproductive wellness including enhancing fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Working in collaboration with other health professionals such as physicians, naturopaths and physiotherapists Dorothy is able to provide comprehensive care for her clients.
Patients come to me feeling stressed, helpless and unaware of their body and its processes. After we begin treatment they start to feel confident and more in control and begin to make better choices that influence their health and well-being. Making a difference in people’s lives is the most rewarding aspect of my job.

Agata is a registered homeopath with the College of Homeopaths of Ontario, and a graduate of the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, the only Canadian school accredited for North America.
She wrote her first book “Homeopathic Pharmacy within your garden” as a part of her “Independent Study Project” and graduated the College with honors degree. Moreover, during the three years of studies, she received thrilled classical homeopathic education from the top homeopaths in the world like Dr. Joseph Kellerstein, Dr. John Millar or Dr. Paul Saunders. Currently, she has enrolled in a two-year program “Homeopathic Master Classes” with world-renowned Dr. Farokh Master, MD, Ph.D.
Agata uses a classical homeopathic approach combine with lifestyle changes, like diet or/and exercises that help the patient bring back the equilibrium to the mind and the body. Yaser is a manual Osteopath Practitioner with a Bachelor degree of occupational therapy , He is registered with The Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA) and Ontario osteopathic and alternative medicine Association (OOAMA), Yaser who is graduated from National Academy of Osteopathy has a wide knowledge of various osteopathic techniques, including mobilization techniques, muscles energy techniques, neuromuscular techniques and craniosacral techniques, Yaser has an excellent techniques of dry cupping and wet cupping (Hijama), Yaser’s goal is to increase range of motion and restore the function of the joints, muscles, nerves and to restore the correct posture of the body, He specializes in treating:

Dr Preety Somal is an evidence-based Chiropractor who strives to provide a form of primary care that focuses on the diagnosis, conservative treatment, and the prevention of neuromusculoskeletal complaints. She graduated in 2014 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and a member of the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Associations. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University where she majored in Biological Sciences.
Before joining The Health First Group, Dr. Somal successfully practiced for six years where her focus was on excellent clinical outcomes and patient care. She continues to challenge herself through continuing education and remaining current with the latest research and best practices.
Dr. Somal takes on a multidisciplinary approach in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Her focus includes, but is not limited to, mechanical neck and back pain, headaches, and sprain/strain injuries to wrists, elbows, shoulders, and ankles. She strongly believes in rehab care, helping patients get back to their pre-injury level of health. She strives to ensure patients have a thorough understanding of their condition through ongoing education.


IFFAT SHAH

Iffat is a family physician (MD Pak) and Manual Osteopath Practitioner. She is a trained diagnostic medical sonographer from Pakistan (2000) and a member of AHIMA US. She is registered with The Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). Iffat has studied Hijama Cupping Therapy at Hijama Nation Academy, United Kingdom. Iffat provides patients with a detailed initial assessment to determine the root cause of their problem, followed by hands-on manual therapy focused on customized treatment and patient education. She has a client-centered approach and believes that education empowers the patients to be active participants in their road to recovery.

FAHAD strongly believes in Evidence based practice and emphasis on patient education regarding their condition, self-management strategies and prevention of recurrence. Jeffery Liu is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and registered acupuncturist with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Association of Ontario). He completed his advanced diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Humber College and holds a B.A. in Psychology from York University. His education and clinical practice have gained him extensive experience in treating patients with a wide range of conditions, with special interest in chronic pain, musculo-skeletal injuries, mental stress, neurological conditions, menstrual complications, reproductive concerns and women’s health. Jeffrey is knowledgeable and actively seeks to grow his clinical repertoire through continuing education and specialization certifications. His results-oriented approach prioritizes individual patient’s needs, as he works with each client to help them reach their goals. Jeffrey is excited to share the art of acupuncture and Eastern healing philosophy with patients and clients of all ages and backgrounds.
