Subash Gautam completed his degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore India in 2008. After his graduation he worked in a tertiary care hospital in Nepal at the capacity of registered physiotherapist. In Canada, he is registered with college of Physiotherapist of Ontario in good standing.

He has got more than 8 years of experience providing physiotherapy to his patients. His treatment approach combines Manual therapy, Individualised exercise program, electrotherapy, ergonomics and education not only to treat the symptoms but to treat the cause and prevent it from reoccurring. He is experienced in treating various conditions attributed mainly but not limited to Musculoskeletal, Neurological and sports injury. In his clinical practice, welcoming and calm behaviour, quality patient care and their satisfaction is the foremost priority. He is fluent in English, Hindi and his native language, Nepali.

Dr. Manish Patel

Chiropractor

Dr. Manish Patel began his post secondary education at the University of Toronto in Mississauga where he completed his BSc in Physiology. After completing his studies at UTM, he was accepted at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.

His clinical internship included rotations with the Rose Bowl Aquatics team in Pasadena; the California State University Center of Achievement for the Physically Disabled, the Being Alive HIV Clinic in West Hollywood, the Salvation Army Shelter in Corona as well as colleges, universities and seniors health centres in Southern California. After completing his studies in 1999 Dr. Patel returned to the GTA. He gained valuable rehabilitation experience in several multidisciplinary clinics before taking over at The Health First Group.

Dr. Manish Patel combines evidence-based chiropractic care with a wellness approach to help his patients recover and prevent future recurrences of pain. While pain reduction is always a focus, He uses his knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to address illness and injury from a mechanical point of view. He focuses on restoring form and function to the body, and combines treatment with exercise and healthy living tips to help patients not only regain pre-illness or injury status, but reach new health and fitness related goals.

Sosbhini (Shobi) Korakode

Registered Massage Therapist

I am an extremely passionate osteopath who has been lauded on several occasions for my therapeutic touch. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to treating and healing. Since I am keen to put my best foot forward, I trained in different modalities like ayurveda, RMT and osteopathy.

I incorporate all my theoretical and hands on knowledge to help my clients recover from not only their physical pain but also their mental stress. A postgraduate from India, I have diplomas from Canada in osteopathy as well as RMT.

Mina graduated from Royal Institute of Science & Management in 2012. She has experience in muscle-skeletal problems such as back and neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, sprains and strains, headaches, prenatal and stress related conditions . She is excellent at Swedish Massage, Myofascial  Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep tissue, acupressure, Thai massage.

She really enjoys practicing massage therapy as she wants to make a difference in people’s lives who suffer with musculoskeletal problems. In her leisure time, she loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys watching massage videos to learn new techniques.

Joseph Kim

Registered Massage Therapist

A graduate from Kikkawa College, Joseph has mastered Swedish and Myofascial techniques. Joseph has also studied Contemporary Acupuncture at McMaster University, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Massage and Active Release. Over the years, Joseph has worked with clients of all ages and varying abilities, including seniors, expectant mothers and business professionals. Whether for general relaxation or to address a specific issue, his goal is to work with and educate his clients, designing each session to meet their needs most effectively and provide a comfortable experience.

MARGARET KAMINSKI

Registered Massage Therapist

I have been registered with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) since 1999. I was trained at Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto completing 2 years program. This 2200-hour program gave me knowledge of anatomy, pathology, neurology and the hand – on techniques.

With my training and years of experience I have worked with number of people and conditions. Many of my patients have been involved in Motor Vehicle Accident. I have experience in a rehabilitation facility for people with MS, cancer, fibromyalgia, TMJ as well as stroke.

I have been involved with some Workers Wellness Program through chair massage for employees, which proved to increase energy and productivity among the workers.

I specialize in deep tissue treatments without the discomfort. I am also comfortable offering relaxation treatments. I believe that quality treatment involves full attentions and commitment from both the therapist and patient. My goal is to meet each patient’s specific needs through one – on – one interaction during treatment session.

My approach to Massage Therapy and sport injury treatments is to promote health and wellness through preventative care. I look forward to helping restore people’s health and well being.

As part of my commitments to excellence, I am continually updating my education by taking courses to enhance my skills as a therapist.

Nida completed her BSc from the University of Toronto from Mississauga in Biology Health Sciences and Sociology. She has always been passionate about helping others and is on her way to pursuing a career where she can do just that. Nida knows that beginning the journey to rehabilitate can be difficult enough, and so she works hard to help you handle your financial and insurance matters to make your visit as stress-free as possible.

Samir “Sam” Botros

Sam is an internationally educated Dermatologist since 1990 and licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario working under the medical direction and delegation of Dr. Dimitrios Giannoulias. He has been working with aesthetic injections like Botox and Dermal Fillers for over 12 years. He worked abroad and in Canada and has consistently delivered efficient and friendly service to thousands of customers. In addition to Botox and Dermal Fillers he is very up to date with the newest injection procedures like “Platelet Rich Plasma” which softens fine wrinkles and creates a youthful look. In order to help his clients attain the look they want, Sam engages them in designing a highly personalized treatment plan which ultimately leads to meeting and surpassing their expectations. What drives Sam to excel in his field is not only how much he enjoys his work but also how much he can help a person feel better about himself.

Sharmila Gupta

Osteopath

Graduating with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Shar worked in a hospital setting aiding in the counseling of underprivileged children and helped to create a government funded Youth in Crisis program for the City of Woodstock. Taking a position at York University, she then pursued a career working in Project Management and External Relations. Deciding to continue her education, Shar received her Massage Therapy diploma and worked for GoodLife Fitness helping to start their corporate massage program.

She is now working as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner treating patients around the GTA. Shar believes in treating the entire body as a unit, and providing her patients with knowledge on how to attain their health goals.

Shar is on faculty at the Southern Ontario School of Osteopathy in Mississauga and holds good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.

My ultimate goal is overall well being of a family. I will listen to your issues & develop awareness about your challenges and help you identify your strengths. I seek to maintain professional relationship with my clients as well as provide a confidential, affordable and supportive counseling service. As part of my commitments to excellence, I am continually updating my education by taking courses to enhance my skills as a counselor.

I can speak English/Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi/Sindhi and this helps me to connect and support a diverse array of clients.
