The Health First Group is a fully integrated multidisciplinary health centre focusing on helping you get back to your normal lifestyle. The Health First Group has been proudly doing business since 1994 in Mississauga, ON with several locations across the Greater Toronto Area. We have two locations in Mississauga, and one in Etobicoke. Our multidisciplinary health centres are conveniently located to help you reach them with ease. All of our locations are wheelchair accessible. We provide several different services including, but not limited to: physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, custom orthotics and chiropody, shockwave therapy, cold laser therapy, vestibular physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, spinal decompression, motor vehicle accident rehab, naturopathy, and homeopathy.
