- Drink water
Staying hydrated is extremely important for a healthy body! This will help reduce and eliminate toxins that naturally occur within the body. It may also prevent you from getting up in the middle of the night to grab a cup of water!
- Put away the screens:
Remember that light up screens such as your phone, tablet or television impacts the melatonin levels in your body. Aim to put away all technology 30 to 60 minutes before your bedtime. This will allow your body to increase the production of melatonin and allow you to get sleepy quicker!
